Antenna aimed at digital-TV multipath reception problems
August 6th, 2005Speaking of reception problems: A line of outdoor TV antennas designed to mitigate digital TV’s reflected-signal headaches has scored a U.S. patent. These “multipath” reception problems can be caused by buildings that obstruct the path between the transmitting tower and your home.
The Winegard SquareShooter antennas, models SS-1000 and SS-2000, are just two of the antennas on the market aimed at digital or HDTV viewers.
